We pride ourselves on creating high-quality, custom-made products right here in Los Angeles, California. Each item is made to order and carefully produced to meet our quality standards.

Production Time

Custom Crafting: Please allow 7–14 business days for production (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Because our products are made specifically for each order, this timeframe allows our team to properly produce, inspect, and prepare your items before shipment.

Shipping Details

Once production is complete, we offer both domestic and international shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, selected shipping method, and destination.

Domestic Shipping

• California: Approximately 2–4 business days after production is complete.
• Other U.S. States: Approximately 3–6 business days after production is complete.

International Shipping

• Delivery Times: International shipments typically arrive within 5–14 business days after leaving our facility. Transit times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
• Duties, Tariffs & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

Please keep in mind that production and shipping times are separate. Your patience allows us to maintain our commitment to quality while producing each order specifically for you.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, all sales are considered final and we do not accept standard returns.

We will review return or replacement requests when an item arrives with a qualifying cosmetic or manufacturing issue, including:

• Rips or tears
• Stains
• Print or decoration peeling after the first wash
• Other verified manufacturing defects

If you receive an incorrect size or have a sizing-related issue, please contact our team. Size exchanges are not guaranteed and must be reviewed and approved before an exchange can be made.

All returns and exchanges require prior approval. Items sent back without authorization may not be accepted.

To request a return, replacement, or exchange, please email support@pur3branding.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product when applicable.

Once reviewed, our team will provide further instructions if your request is approved.
